TRADITIONAL OVEN: Defrost, introduce the product without the bag in a suitable container and bake at 180ºC, about 10 minutes.MICROWAVE: a) Thaw and empty the contents of the bag in a suitable container, heat to maximum power (850W) approximately 3 minutes. b) Without defrosting, empty the contents of the bag in a suitable container and heat to maximum power for 10 minutes (half time, open and move a little).
