The company Productos Congelados Selectos 3000 has concluded the project “Rheological standardization of frozen and baked stuffed masses”, with the acronym HORNESACOS, thanks to the help of the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) of the Ministry of Industry, Economy and Competitiveness, co-financed by the European Union (FEDER Funds) through the Smart Growth Operating Program (2014-2020).
This project began in October 2017, when the R & D personnel, in their research effort, proposed the objective of obtaining a range of frozen products called filled sacks, and whose final elaboration process by the consumer, is the baked In this way, they have taken a strategic leap by expanding the range of products.
After 15 months of work, the company has achieved the production of filled sachets whose final elaboration by the consumer is the baking.
